Ramen street cup and yakitori skewers at Super Kyuramen in Chinatown

Chinatown · open now

A Super Kyuramen, a Montreal smoked-meat counter, and Emeril off-Strip

Super Kyuramen · 4525 Spring Mountain Road, Suite 101 · 11:30 a.m.–2 a.m. daily

The second U.S. Super Kyuramen — sibling to the Henderson Kyuramen — opened this summer in the Chubby Cattle complex: a dozen ramens, yakitori, sushi flights, late-night izakaya plates, cocktails until 2 a.m. Neon’s August 10/12 piece is the local file. Across the valley, Lester’s Deli told the Review-Journal it would debut August 10 in Henderson, first U.S. shop for the 75-year Montreal smoked-meat house. Eater’s August heatmap adds Emeril’s Meril at M Resort, Metro Sliceteria, and Buddy Valastro’s speakeasy.

Stoney’s Sunset opened Saturday at Sunset Station in Henderson. Yesterday: Gaetano’s Peroni/Negroni pop-up and a taco-and-tequila street fiesta off Buffalo. The Strip is a speakeasy behind a family portrait and a Caribbean steakhouse that opened in April. The valley is doing the more interesting work this month: smoked meat in Henderson, slices at The Bend, bagels on Cactus at the end of August. Restaurant Week already happened — Three Square posted the totals on August 12.

Eater Vegas and Review-Journal Neon are the desk. A Craig Ranch “Food Truck & Street Food Festival” on StayHappening listed Monday, August 31, 10 a.m.–noon — hours that read like a vendor-application stub, not a public festival. Omitted. Gaetano’s 2024 logo was not used as a photo.
